What are Repressed Feelings? What does it mean "I have repressed or hidden feelings?" This can be complicated but like anything else, once you understand it you will probably think back and say "why was that such a big deal?"
I will try to explain what these phantom feelings are and how they affect our lives. From looking how others live life and speaking to many different people about theirs and my issues in life, I believe with certainty that this is the biggest thing anyone can learn about himself or herself
I love the global warming debate. People with no knowledge of anything but what the local or national news reports debate on scientific evidence that is subjectively fed to produce emotional responses. Some of the information is (by scientist) admittedly not complete or correct. It is the greatest scam but yet the biggest problem in the world all at the same time.
The toxicity phenomenon
As I've researched raw foodist’s blogs and articles about people who live almost completely off of raw food, I’ve stumbled across an interesting phenomenon: many say that they become more sensitive to everyday toxins and chemicals and even cooked food that never used to bother them after they switch over to raw food. This seems to contradict the idea that raw food makes a person stronger and healthier.
The importance of understanding another person's point of view in life is unequivocally one of the most useful skills a person can develop. Self-improvement takes change; change can be uncomfortable and bring a powerful feeling of needing to find comfort in any way possible. Understanding how our mind works in yourself and others will allow a person to be aware and persevere through the uncomfort with the understanding of a greater goal in mind.

We live our lives unaware of the feelings, thoughts, ideas, beliefs and so on. These things hold us back without us knowing it. This mental game our minds plays with our emotions is responsible for all the anger, fear, doubt, laziness, "happiness", and pretty much any emotion we have. Becoming aware of these sub-conscious emotions can be a little tricky, due to the fact that we blame others for the feelings we feel about ourselves. That is right, what we hate about others is really what we hate about ourselves. This website is dedicated to information that will help you identify these emotions. When you identify and accept the root of the problem you cannot be controlled by it. If you want happiness, you will never find it with cars, money, women/men, big houses, partying etc, for that matter this will drive you deeper into you fears.
We promote mental wellness. I guess the best way to put it is freeing yourself from your hidden self. Not needing outside sources to "make you happy" because, underneath it all, you are happy with yourself!
